Welcome to Minot, ND!
Minot's economic growth has created the need for a Workforce Development Program, with the goal of recruiting skilled individuals to the Minot area. This web site was designed to be used as a connecting point between job seekers and employers toward that end.
Job Seekers: Getting Started
To be considered for work, simply go to the resume tab at the top of this page, then click the (individual user) link and sign up. After entering your contact information, you will be able to enter your resume for employers to see. Once you have completed your resume, make sure you click the (publish box) so that employers can view your resume and contact you about work. Visit the live, work and play tabs to learn more about Minot. Once you have secured employment, the information on the (live) page can be very helpful in securing a place to live, for instance. You may login regularly to update your resume and unpllish or delete it when you are no lonnger looking for work. Be sure to tell us your success story when you have obtained emplloyment by using the contact tab. We would love to hear about it.
Employers: Getting Started
Create an account by going to the resume tab at the top of this page, then click the business user link to sign up. Once you have created an account, click the (here) link to request activation. Your account will then be approved by our Workforce Development Director if you are a bonafide employer in the Minot area. After your account is approved you will be able to login regularly on the same (resume) tab to search for and contact job seekers. Resumes are being added daily so be certain to check back often. If you would like to post jobs on our (work) page, you can do so by contacting our Workforce Development Director. See the (contact) tab this information. When you are successful in finding a worker on this site please let us know about it. Your feedback is important to us.
